MEDICAL MALPRACTICE

The Law Office of James E. Nichols specializes in medical malpractice cases. Licensed health care providers must adhere to professional standards when providing medical care. These professional standards of care are intended to reduce medical errors and improve patient safety. Unfortunately, serious injuries can occur when health care providers do not follow professional standards of care.

If you have recently sustained a medical injury, you may be entitled to compensation if your health care provider failed to follow professional standards of care. Schedule your free case evaluation today to determine whether you may be entitled to compensation.

PERSONAL INJURY

The Law Office of James E. Nichols also represents people who have suffered serious personal injuries outside of the context of medical care. If you - or a loved one - have suffered a personal injury caused by an auto accident, an employer, or the carelessness of another person, you may be entitled to compensation.

Contact the Law Office of James E. Nichols today to schedule your free case evaluation.

WRONGFUL DEATH

Unfortunately, some personal injuries are fatal. If the death was caused by the carelessness of another, then the victim's survivors may be entitled to compensation for lost companionship, lost income, medical bills, and property damage.

If you believe that your loved one's death was caused by the carelessness of another person, contact the Law Office of James E. Nichols today to schedule your free case evaluation.
